Custom product orders

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct phone model, checking design previews, and ensuring uploaded files are clear enough for production. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products.

Artwork rights

By uploading photos, logos, text, or artwork, customers confirm they own the content or have permission to use it. We may reject orders containing illegal, infringing, hateful, explicit, misleading, or unsafe material.

Prices and payment

Product prices, customization fees, taxes, and shipping charges should be shown before checkout. Orders begin after successful payment unless your store clearly states another process.

Order changes and cancellations

Because custom items may enter production quickly, cancellations or design changes may only be available during the stated cancellation window. Publish your real cancellation timing here.
